This newly renovated beach house is located on the peaceful west end of Panama City Beach, in a nice quiet neighborhood. It’s only a short two blocks from one of the world’s most beautiful beaches. That’s a 4-minute walk to the white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. There is easy beach access at Access Point 84. The home’s amenities include beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, an ice chest, and a beach wagon to tote all these essentials for a great day at the beach. After the beach, take advantage of the outdoor shower to rinse off all the sand. Grab a cocktail and enjoy a relaxing evening on the back patio while grilling on the provided BBQ. There is also a firepit to cap the night off with a little bonfire.
This home is completely furnished and comes with free WIFI, brand new appliances, flat screen TVs, microwave oven, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, updated modern bathrooms and an open living area for the whole family to enjoy.
Enjoy fewer crowds in Laguna Beach, while still being only a short drive from all the attractions that Panama City Beach has to offer and only a few miles from all the fine dining and amenities of 30A.
